고객사는 메가 브랜드가 가진 메가 유저를 위한 온전한 생태계를 만들고자 하였고 우리는 제품 및 서비스의 선순환을 만들기 위해 독립적인 고객혜택 시스템과 서비스를 설계했습니다.누구나 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 브랜드를 네이밍하고 직관적이며 명료한 브랜드 아이덴티티를 디자인했습니다. 서비스 접근성을 위해 새로 디자인한 박스 패키지와 QR코드를 통해 앱 서비스로의 진입경로를 제공하고 포인트 적립 및 사용이 가능한 앱을 설계, 디자인 및 개발했습니다.Maxim's <Mocha Gold Coffee Mix> the world's first stick coffee, has been a beloved favorite in Korea for over 30 years. It has become an everyday essential, transcending its role as just a coffee product. With its iconic yellow stick and green adjuster tip, Mocha Gold's packaging is now the classic and emblematic design for stick coffee mixes.
The client wanted to create a comprehensive ecosystem for the mega-users of their mega-brand, so we designed an independent customer benefits system and services to establish a virtuous cycle of products and services.We crafted a name that is easily recognizable, and designed a brand identity that's both clear and intuitive. To enhance service accessibility, we introduced a newly designed box package with a QR code that provides an easy entry point to the app, and we designed, developed, and launched an app that allows users to effortlessly earn and redeem points.
